Arrived at the chargers to find they weren’t on a network like Electroverse. Creating an account and adding payment details was quite frustrating. A lot of effort for a provider that has very few locations.
Customer service were also very unfriendly!

After reading the reviews I was a little worried wether I would be able to charge but signed up for an account no problem and added card information fine as well and have been charging well
Pointless
Can’t add payment card. Stuck with no charge now!
Doesn’t work
Tried to enter card details as a guest - wouldn’t work. Tried to sign up - wouldn’t work. Waste of time when at a charge point trying to charge my car. Avoid.
Terrible!
First time using this provider to charge my EV. Downloaded the app at a charging point when in desperate need to charge. Can’t sign up for an account and the ad hoc payment option won’t allow you to add a payment method at this time. On hold to support for 10 mins with no answer. Shocking!
