Не подключается к умному дому с Алисой

Приложение виснет на стадии сопряжения аккаунтов, и дело не в приложении Яндекса а в вашем CITILUX SMART. Всю ночь мучилась и все утро, все перезапускала удаляла , ждала по часу. Загрузка просто виснет и все и нихена не подключается моя люстра Citilux потолочная к умному дому чтобы можно было Алисе создавать сценарии с этой люстрой ! Проблема в вашем приложении! Я делала все по инструкции 👎
