Выкинуло из приложения

Выкинуло из приложения и не могу зайти обратно, невозможно выслать смс код с подтверждением. Вообще приложение ужасно виснет, глючит, из него постоянно выкидывает. Чтобы больше одного человека пользовалось в квартире, надо регистрировать новых пользователей, но это нигде не указано, и эта настройка появилась только со временем. В результате половина моей семьи не может пользоваться приложением.
