FAQ

What does the Domonap app do?

The app functions as a digital service for smart homes, integrating functions like video intercoms and access control onto your smartphone. It allows you to manage entry to your building, receive video calls from visitors, and grant electronic keys remotely from anywhere in the world.

How does the video intercom feature work?

When a guest calls from the entrance, the app receives the call like a regular phone call. The application opens, displaying a video feed from the intercom camera, allowing you to see and communicate with your visitor before granting access.

Can I grant temporary access to guests?

Yes, the app allows you to send invitation keys to guests. You can customize the dates, days, and times of their visit, or send a temporary access link. You can also revoke these keys at any time.

Is the app free to use?

Based on the provided information, the app is free to use and does not appear to have in-app purchases or advertisements. It is offered as a free service for managing your residential complex.

What are the benefits of resident chats?

Resident chats allow you to communicate and resolve issues with your neighbors online. Once you have access to your residential address, you gain entry to general entrance chats or can initiate chats with specific apartment residents, fostering community interaction.
