Не работает ничего от слова совсем

Никому не рекомендую этот продукт обходите стороной! Купил 2 домофона, функционируют плохо. Задержки видео и постоянные обрывы. вызовы не проходят на телефон или планшет. Веду переписку с тех поддержкой уже 2 года. Ребята просто издеваются. Предлагают всякую ерунду, например, откатить версии приложения назад, выйти и опять зайти в приложение и много чего другое. Просто уже до смешного доходит. Вместо того чтобы доработать продукт, идут сплошные отписки и ответы мы все проверили, у нас все работает. Созвониться с ними не возможно, только бесполезная переписка.
