App is not working

I’m an assistant in the technology industry and I’ve come across this incredible real estate app that connects me to my properties in nyc. This is a must have app for everyone doing business in nyc.

This app is a necessity for anybody wanting to keep up with their projects FROM THEIR FINGERTIPS. It’s extremely easy to use and understand even for beginners in this industry. You have all you need in one place AND you get constant updates for deadlines and inspections. This app will make your life so much easier and defines the expression “work smarter not harder”. Anybody using this app is definitely being set up for success! A definite must have in my book.

Might be a useful tool for GC on the job
The app looks pretty good and it has some decent features like keeping track of the expiring permits, monitoring complaints to know when to expect a visit from the inspector, etc.
However, for some reason when I try to input address of our project, or enter block and lot # manually it gives me a pop-up stating “BLB not found”. Tried different methods like moving pin around on the map but with no luck.
I described this issue to customer care 2 days ago but have not heard back yet. Not surprised since I’m assuming the developers have a small team and I believe that I’ll receive a response in the next week or so.
Hopefully we’ll figure it out and I’ll change my rating to 5 stars, because devs deserve it.
