No way to submit Tenant Requests in the app

That’s the only reason I downloaded this app, because I’m the point person for my site’s maintenance requests. Without that function, the app is useless to me.

Great potential, subpar delivery

Interesting that the reviews have been ‘reset’...

New construction that hasn’t been listed in their mapping cannot be added. Our area is bustling with growth and 20-30% of our managements are new construction that I cannot add to the app.

Units cannot be added in the app, only the webpage.

Once a task is assigned to another person, it cannot be edited. So, even after I went through the hassle of logging in through my desktop, I couldn’t update the task I had assigned to include the unit number, and had to add it to the comments section at the bottom of the page, which on the app isn’t noticeable. I could never send this to a vendor.

No pricing information, so I don’t know when or if or how much I’ll be charged down the road, after we implement this app.

It was so awesome to snap the pics and make a few simple notes. I love the clean look, the speed and responsiveness, and the simple features. But when you can’t even get simple to work properly, you have an unusable application.
