Barely works
My coworker has an Android phone and I have an iPhone. Whenever I open the app and try to “sync” it does nothing. I have to constantly open the app switcher and force close the app and then reopen the app for it to sync. Doing this dozens and dozens of times a day is getting really annoying. My coworker (using Android) doesn’t have this problem. Also, it’s 2026…not 2006..can we please have the ability to use Face ID to unlock the app instead of me having to enter my pin hundreds of times a day? That would be spectacular. Thank you.

This app is not efficient for inspections
Logging in
Have to re enter username and password even if you turn screen off then back on after finishing a service request
Terrible app
App is terrible and time consuming. This should of been thought out better
Supervisor
For PM’s too many line items in each category. Please consolidate line items in each category. It is taking 20 minutes to input for 1 unit. That’s not considering the inspection of the unit. A big waste of time that we could use.
