Barely works
My coworker has an Android phone and I have an iPhone. Whenever I open the app and try to “sync” it does nothing. I have to constantly open the app switcher and force close the app and then reopen the app for it to sync. Doing this dozens and dozens of times a day is getting really annoying. My coworker (using Android) doesn’t have this problem. Also, it’s 2026…not 2006..can we please have the ability to use Face ID to unlock the app instead of me having to enter my pin hundreds of times a day? That would be spectacular. Thank you.

Have to re enter username and password even if you turn screen off then back on after finishing a service request

App is terrible and time consuming. This should of been thought out better
Supervisor
For PM’s too many line items in each category. Please consolidate line items in each category. It is taking 20 minutes to input for 1 unit. That’s not considering the inspection of the unit. A big waste of time that we could use.
Hot garbage
Connection issues non stop , stuff never saves , waste of time has upper management thinking I don’t want to use the app but it never works correctly . Will have great service and app will lag so bad or not work at all. Used both on google pixel iPhone 17 and Same issues . Using this app is the worst part of my job. Thanks real page

It’s a great way to get started on your project
No support
Will not save your password. You have to tap into your password manager, copy it, back to the app, then paste it. Does not retain settings for the PIN code. Real Page said to contact Apple but Apple did not develop the app so this IS NOT AN APPLE ISSUE.
Meh
Decent app but not very user friendly. One example is for inspections that require photos. You can’t add more than one photo at a time and the max number of photos is 10. That’s not enough for every inspection if you want to capture all issues.
Update?
Honestly an update to this app’s appearance would be good for the maintenance teams across the country that use this. It lags sometimes to load things up and the app is smaller than my iphone’s screen size

All the app does is sync. LITERALLY NOTHING ELSE. NOTHING.
I wish I could go lower than one star.
I have to use this app all day and it constantly logs me out on top of the constant crashes. The settings also never save. using a 16 PM so it’s not phone lag.

This app needs to be updated with a better look and smoother interface. It’s very clunky and is not comparable to its competitors.

Magnified which is terrible, does not fit to screen, cannot scroll to bottom on phone but can iPad, but iPad is like I’m 90 with poor vision on 100x zoom
App is unstable
The app is convenient when it’s working correctly. It’s sometimes difficult to login and sync. It seems a bit more reliable on android but still has trouble syncing occasionally.
