I just wanted to take a minute to shout out Sam Gibbs after the AppWork presentation.
Honestly, she’s an amazing trainer. The way she explained everything felt super natural and easy to follow, not overly complicated or scripted. She broke things down in a way that actually made sense from a day to day property management standpoint, not just how the system works in theory.
What stood out the most was how engaging she was the whole time. It didn’t feel like a boring training or someone just reading off slides. She kept it interactive, answered questions clearly, and made sure everyone understood before moving on. You can tell she actually knows the product inside and out and has real experience with how it’s used in the field.
I also appreciated how she focused on practical use, like how it helps with organization, communication, and holding the team accountable. It made it a lot easier to picture how AppWork would actually improve operations rather than just being another system to learn.
Overall, one of the better trainings I’ve sat through. Super informative, easy to follow, and actually enjoyable. Definitely left with a solid understanding of the platform thanks to her.
