Truly Frustrated

I can’t get the newest iOS system update so now I can’t get into my checking account online anymore. That is incredibly frustrating. You should allow older versions of the iOS system access to the app so those of us with older iPhones can still use the app!!!! Aaarrrrggghhh!!!

Disappointed with the app

I have been using this app now for around 6 years and never had a problem. Then one day, about 2 weeks back, it tells me that I need to update the app. Wouldn’t even give me a choice!!! Updated and now I can’t get in the app at all. I’ve deleted it numerous times and reinstalled it, and it still won’t let me in. I just want to scream. Can someone please tell me what’s going on with it? Please

Update

I’ve loved using this app on my iPhone however now it’s requiring an update that my phone will no longer do, so it’s going to force me in the future to trade up on my phone not happy about that.
