Excellent customer service. App is easy to maneuver around
Nice, but finicky
It’s nice to be able to do banking on my phone, but this app needs to be deleted and reinstalled every time you change your password, and CitizensAda, makes it mandatory to change it, every 3 months. You cannot simply enter your new password, it won’t accept it, I called customer service, you must reinstall, that’s irritating. Also, even though I have “face recognition” enabled, and “save user ID”, I still have to enter my password every time I login on my phone. I hate that, when traveling or in a hurry, I don’t want to have to enter it, especially when it should work with my Face ID. And, I sometimes can’t remember my password. Wish it were easier to use.
