Security Protocols
When trying to add a new payee after having been recognized biometrically through facial recognition having to sign in makes no sense. If I used my username and password to sign in every time I would understand but I rarely use my credentials to sign in so I don’t remember those credentials. The techs response was well let’s change your password which I do not want to do. So I am stuck. I understand security but I do not understand this. Thanks.
