Great Bank, Terrible App
I’ve been using this app for 8 years and i don’t think it’s been updated once (other than the addition of a chatbot recently.) The UI is slow, laggy, and overall poorly designed. Logging in is a nightmare- 60% of the time i am greeted with an infinite “logging on” bar after signing in and seeing the home page of the app flash for half a second on the screen. This is a terrible user experience in the modern era of online banking services.

Update made the app weird to move around.
I don’t like the new app because it will say I have money available and then disappears for days. Which never happened in the new app
