Worse banking app I have ever used
Absolutely the worst crap I have ever seen for an app. Pathetic. Costumer service is nice, if is wasn’t for them I would give it a negative rating.
App is good when it works but awful when it doesn’t
The app great when it works but now about 1 month after installing the app goes to the citizens splash screen and soft locks you then hAve to go to home then reopen to find that it doesn’t fix the problem now instead of easily checking my account through the app I have to go into the internet and check it that way

Quite simply ..doesn’t work
Worked fine before the big upgrade now I have to go through the website to access the app...not to mention transferring money from one account to the other is no simply task! Horrible app!
