Quick Exception Processing
I have this app solely for the process of quick exception processing. The feature does not work any longer on the app so processes cannot be processed before 11am when I am not near a computer
Can’t even access app
The “I am a new user” link on the homepage of the app takes you to the same page as the “I forgot my password” link. How can anyone even create an account in this app?
Bill pay doesn’t work
I have not had Bill pay access since the conversion and it’s taken 3 weeks of phone calls with no resolution yet.
App is not good
This app needs help I can’t Mobil deposit an check, it says invalid password but I was able to log in on my password🤔🤔
