Loan Payment Frustration
This app is so frustrating. You can’t pay a vehicle loan through the app without a Citizens checking account. I have to hunt for my loan account number, go to the website through browser, and pay as a guest with the account number. I did not want to finance through them but was haggled into it by a car salesman (who probably got a commission off of it) and I regret not going with my bank every time I have to navigate making my payment!

Hello, you can pay a vehicle loan using an external account directly in the app. We need to load the information, and you'll be able to do that when you want. We can even set it up to auto-draft if you wish. Please contact Jim at 432-267-6373, x503. Thank you!
Average Banking app
This app is fine if you want to check balances and such, but you cannot do remote deposits using it, like you can with most other banking apps.
