Out of Date Bank
I have never seen a bank that charges $10 service fee but only gives 3 debit cards in the life of the account! This is the most out of date behind the times bank I’ve ever dealt with…don’t bother to bank here!

Please please please go back to the previous version of this app!! This version is confusing and NOT user friendly! The previous version was so much easier to navigate. Bill pay is a NIGHTMARE!! it’s hard to locate history, I have to expand the view every time, information that I don’t need is clogging up the screen and WHY CAN’T I SEE A LIST OF UPCOMING PAYMENTS??? I have to go to each account to find out when the next payment is set up! Please just go back a version and stop trying to fix what was perfect!

Electronic Deposit
I’ve made several electronic deposits to cover transactions and I’m still being charged overdraft fees. I’m not sure how transfers from one account to the other are pending transactions.

No way to search! The search bar is hidden under the back arrow bar for the account and does not allow you to get into the field to type anything. Please fix.
I wrote this months ago, and it was temporarily corrected, now the search field is inaccessible AGAIN. I have to go online to the website to search anything, kind of a pain. Please fix.
