The people feel more like family than bankers!!! I like that in a bank!!
The update has made the app so useful
The app was fine before, but the update has made the app a lot easier to use. I especially like the snapshot feature.

This bank is wonderful and caring! The app usually works great, but if it doesn’t I can call the bank and they help me fix it right away. I can always talk to a live person!

Love the bank - Hate the app!
Bank app shows some deposits as if they are added into the balance - they are not. Transactions are moved out of order often causing me to sometimes subtract them twice. Someone needs to completely overhaul this app!
Good app but limited functions
I miss the convenience of paying all my bills straight from one place. I wish there were a few more options within the app like bill pay.

I do not like the updated app. When you view details of transactions, it doesn't show the vendor. That is useless.

Garbage
This app is about as fast as a blind turtle named Bobby who lost his legs in Vietnam!! It has technical issues every single day!!! Get your act together people!
