I tried to take the pic of my NID front and it won’t accept it but when I took the pic of the NID back it took it so I tried to take the pic of the NID front in the back pic option and it worked but I again tried it with the front option it did not work.

Even if you create an account through this system, you still have to visit the branch in person, submit all the documents, and go through the entire process from the beginning. It takes nearly an hour to complete everything. So honestly, I don’t see the value in it—if the same hassle has to be faced again, it’s not really useful at all.
