Old app was bad. New app is worse. Location hours used to be on the old app. Nowhere in the new app.
Notifications
Don’t usually leave reviews but this app is very clunky and hard to use. I got a notification about the sauna being down at my location and when I clicked it couldn’t actually read the notification. Sadly no log of notifications anywhere either so I know the sauna is down but not until when or what I can do in the meantime

Every Day I Open This Godforsaken App It Ruins My Day
It genuinely blows my mind how or why cf would create a new app that is even WORSE than the old one. This app is a MESS. Everything is so confusing to find and the way it is set up really doesn’t make sense at all. Mind you, it glitches constantly, especiallyyy if you want to book a class!! Booking classes are enraging. Why can’t I search by instructor to see what locations and classes they teach anymore? Why cant I search by class to see every location where it is offered? Where are the bios of people?

Way better and simpler
The old app was soooo busy this is much cleaner and easier to use. Yes, they’re working through bugs but that’s normal. Everyone that’s complaining honestly sounds like a child.
