Add a City Liveability widget and see the world's most liveable cities — or your own shortlist — without opening the app. New in 1.7.0 • Top Cities widget — the current leaderboard, straight from the live index, refreshed automatically about every hour. Works even if you're not signed in. • My Saved Cities widget — your saved shortlist with each city's score, always up to date after you use the app. • Three sizes — small for a quick glance, medium for the top five, and a new large size that shows even more cities at once. • Tap to open — tap any city in a widget and the app opens directly on that city's page, even if the app was fully closed. • Matches your look — widgets follow your brand colors and adapt to light and dark mode. To add one: press and hold your home screen, tap the + (or "Edit"), and search for "City Liveability". Make it yours • Free accounts — sign in to save your picks and sync them across your devices. • For You — cities re-ranked around what matters most to you: walkability, safety, and health. • Saved — bookmark cities into a personal shortlist you can come back to. • Compare — put two cities side by side and see the metrics head to head. • Near me — sort cities by how far they are from you (your location stays on your device). Build the index together • Add a city — tap the + button to put any city on the index. New cities are automatically enriched with photos, facts, and metrics. • Rank it your way — give each city your own score from 0 to 10. • Community-powered scores — each city shows the average score across every Urbanaut who has ranked it. • My Cities — see every city you've ranked and edit your score or year, or remove one, whenever you like.
