Flaky and frustrating
When it works, great, but it has bugs. Today I almost missed my train because the app refused to let me log in. I caved and started creating a 2nd account, but that failed too with some cryptic error about a token or something. I had to uninstall the app and reinstall. I’ve seen something about a token before - why is it the user’s problem to solve BikeLink internal authentication/authorization issues?

Thanks for the feedback. The Service team has been alerted to your locker issues (incorrect door state and rental time notification). They will be serviced shortly. We will be updating the app based on your feedback so that the default rental time will match your last rental duration. FYI, you can view your rental history by tapping your initials in the upper right-hand corner and then “Account Information.”
Huge issues
The app automatically logged me out, and when I went to log in with my saved logo info that I verified works on the website, the app does not log me in. Not only that it does not allow me to reset my password. Both not user error, malfunction on their app development. Huge issue. To add insult to injury, their support line says it’s 24/7, but they don’t answer the phones. People rely on this system for their jobs, unacceptable.

Doesn’t accept digital payment
Unfortunately it doesn’t accept Apple Pay. I am reluctant to give my credit card information to yet another company. I think I applaud the concept I think and I look forward to using it someday.

Slider bars as inputs maybe make sense for less than 13 options but they're not accessible at that range. 4 days of 1 hour intervals is 96 options.
I cannot book my reservation without my finger leaving the screen changing it drastically. At least have an alternative input (like time and date dials, the web standard).
