Transit centers mapped as blobs of undifferentiated stops
Baig and his crew of charlatans have brought us another substandard app. The developers have clearly never been to the Salesforce Transit Center or to Oakland City Center, where there are many AC Transit bus routes to choose from. As in the previous app, the map shows a blob of undifferentiated dots. You'd have to tap them one by one until you'd found the bus route you wanted. AC Transit's technology team should be disbanded and this app, canceled. Faxing paper maps wouldn't be any worse.

Route favorites disappearing
The bus line favorites that I added keep getting randomly unfavorited. I can’t tell it’s because I mistakenly unstar them (in which case it’s a design issue that makes them too easy to unstar by accident) or some other glitch. I tend to think it’s the later because two of my four favorite routes disappeared this morning.

Most unreliable service
They are the most unreliable on earth.
Great but frustrating
App is useful and for the most part very accurate. But it’s frustrating when the app is down, and you spend over 30min waiting for a bus you didn’t know as canceled or delayed. I want to support this app but it’s frustrating when this happens
I still hate the new app
The new thing I hate is the fact that the feedback/complaint form in the app doesn't work anymore. So this is now the only way to complain. I am sick of the 57 and NL buses randomly getting cancelled. Is AC Transit going to refund me for the expensive Uber ride home because they can't keep to their own schedule?
