Better Live Updates with multiple listing of incoming trains

When viewing train times for any station, there should be 4-5 upcoming trains listed instead of just 2. This would help riders better time their arrival, especially if they’re not sure they’ll make the next train or two.

For example, at Bay Fair station, only 2 incoming trains are currently shown, both heading from Berryessa to Richmond and SF. But a train from Pleasanton to SF is arriving soon (within a few minutes) and isn’t shown at all. Showing more listings would prevent riders from missing trains that are actually coming up soon

Service experience

Since 2026 a noticeable improvements in safety, cleanliness, and over all safety. This makes my commute a safe and comfortable trip well worth the fees and not having to worry about traffic

Holy moly this is bad

Way too many dang steps to pay for parking. I have cash in my pocket, why do I need like seven accounts?

Legalized Robbery

1000 parking spaces and no more than half are ever filled yet you want to charge people for parking and make it that much more difficult for non-bart riders. We have to download this app to upload our card to pay you daily. If we forget there is a $55 fee; for each day we did not pay the $3.50. But we live in capitalist country so I’m not surprised and work hard so that I’m well prepared. I’m writing this because even though free parking hours are 330pm-5am you have YET to FIX your APP and the non-bart parking fee is only open between 315am-530am. So in order to comply we have to wake up at 3 in the morning just to give you $3 daily…… for a lot that is always half empty; even when shared with an apt complex. Solutions would be to allow payment 24/7, allow paying a full week/month in advance (discounted), or not charging for the furthest end of your lot unless it’s peak season.

Usually works

I use this app just about every day. Reserving parking can be a pain and is relatively buggy, eg when trying to book for a station that’s not nearest your location, entire forms reset if you change specific fields, etc. But, I can usually get what I need with some work. Just don’t change the date before choosing a station.
