Parking reservations are a little broken
I'm using iOS
1. Start a multi-day parking reservation
2. Pick a station and pick dates
3. Switch apps to check your calendar to make sure the dates are right
4. Switch back. All your progress has been cleared!

Precise schedule, easy to pay for parking, don’t need to use parking machines at stations and waste time on putting in all data

The apps need to have better view of 2-3 stations in one page. I choose few stations as favorite but the next day it is back to only one station on my list. It did not save my option.
Worst public transit service
Delays delays delays. Gross disgusting stations, escalators offline everywhere. All this and it is super expensive to ride this garbage system. Fares always going up, but what are the costs associated with 20 year old trains and tracks tha have not been upgraded in decades

Not understandable
Many of the station entrances on Market Street are locked at some time during the night. This app sends you to those stations but you can’t enter. Useless. I missed my train.
A bit confusing
Paying for parking takes steps to ensure that you have the right station pass etc. but this ap is quick to take your payment. Safeguards should be put in place.

Sonia kicked me off from silicon valley on June 2nd Sonia said I cannot keep you anymore as Ishaan has his grade 12 crushal teacher told me that he has to come to the school his grades are low
Delays & dirt
BART has to be the single most inefficient and inept subway system I have been a passenger on. I a world traveler and the filth at SF stations is shocking, the inefficient seating configuration on trains is ridiculous and the frequent delays all contribute to my one star review. I have been riding BART since the 1970’s. The fact BART can balance a budget is more evidence of a tone from the top problem that trickles down to every corner of this horribly run system. The potential is there, it has always existed it’s way overdue for executive management to DO BETTER!

Stopped working on Mac with v1.20.0035
The BART (Official) app used to work on my Mac. Now after updating to version 1.20.0035 it gives this error:
"Security Alert”
"This device appears to be jailbroken.”
"The app cannot run for security reasons."
Of course my Mac is not “jailbroken,” it’s a Mac, you can run any software you want on your own Mac by design.
Please fix the app to work on Macs again!
(Even if someone installed the BART app on a jailbroken iPhone, so what?)

Clipper for parking
Customer should be able to use their clipper card to pay for parking. It was a huge inconvenience this morning to find out I needed to have my debit card on me which I don’t carry on public transportation.
Authentication workflow sucks
App has to exit to website for authentication. Sucks
Not user friendly
I can’t figure out ETA to target station.

Trip planner does not allow you to choose stations on iPhone
The app tries for an instant to pop up the list of stations, but it disappears immediately. Cannot plan a trip.
