Not understandable
Many of the station entrances on Market Street are locked at some time during the night. This app sends you to those stations but you can’t enter. Useless. I missed my train.
A bit confusing
Paying for parking takes steps to ensure that you have the right station pass etc. but this ap is quick to take your payment. Safeguards should be put in place.

Sonia kicked me off from silicon valley on June 2nd Sonia said I cannot keep you anymore as Ishaan has his grade 12 crushal teacher told me that he has to come to the school his grades are low
Delays & dirt
BART has to be the single most inefficient and inept subway system I have been a passenger on. I a world traveler and the filth at SF stations is shocking, the inefficient seating configuration on trains is ridiculous and the frequent delays all contribute to my one star review. I have been riding BART since the 1970’s. The fact BART can balance a budget is more evidence of a tone from the top problem that trickles down to every corner of this horribly run system. The potential is there, it has always existed it’s way overdue for executive management to DO BETTER!

Stopped working on Mac with v1.20.0035
The BART (Official) app used to work on my Mac. Now after updating to version 1.20.0035 it gives this error:
"Security Alert”
"This device appears to be jailbroken.”
"The app cannot run for security reasons."
Of course my Mac is not “jailbroken,” it’s a Mac, you can run any software you want on your own Mac by design.
Please fix the app to work on Macs again!
(Even if someone installed the BART app on a jailbroken iPhone, so what?)

Clipper for parking
Customer should be able to use their clipper card to pay for parking. It was a huge inconvenience this morning to find out I needed to have my debit card on me which I don’t carry on public transportation.
Authentication workflow sucks
App has to exit to website for authentication. Sucks

I can’t figure out ETA to target station.

Trip planner does not allow you to choose stations on iPhone
The app tries for an instant to pop up the list of stations, but it disappears immediately. Cannot plan a trip.
Fix the app
The reset password feature doesn't work. Tried it four times before moving off the app and doing it from my desktop. Each time I initiated a reset password and was sent an email, the link in the email led to a webpage that said the link was expired. It's a good thing I was home near my desktop computer when I had to do this. I was trying to help buy parking for my cognitively challenged brother who was unable to do it himself.

Less stress than driving
I used to drive from Pacifica to SFO for work and deal with chaotic traffic and expensive parking. Now I just drive 15minutes to Colma Bart and relax on my way to San Francisco.
BART is Awesome
Glad that BART seems so much safer and saner since the new fare gates! Hoping for continued responsiveness to cleanliness and safety. New train cars are nice. I like that the friendly vibe amongst the passengers has returned!
Bart need management improvements asap
I ride Bart every week day between home and work so I depend on it a lot. But I don’t think it’s being managed properly when considering all these frequent delays and breakdowns. The top management needs improvement by learning from the Tokyo metro system. The top management gets too well paid for their poor performance

Liquid Glass No!
I thought this morning that my app hadn’t loaded network because the parking option and overall bar looked disabled.
Then I realized it was a less than ideal deployment of Liquid Glass (Apple’s new aesthetic).
Specifically, it’s a non glass implementation (bar is stuck to bottom of screen) with glass interaction effects. The alternate bar options should appear more active and tappable.
Please fix this so your users can use the product more effectively! Thank you 🙏🏼
