Bug maybe
I be trying to like set it for 3 folk or 2 but it always goes back to ONE PASSENGER. Once
If you have time to kill, this service is OK
It takes a very long time for the driver to arrive and usually longer than the app states. If you have time to kill and have nothing else to do and just need a ride, this app may be OK. It would be better if it wasn’t free for high school students though because they abuse it so actual paying customers can hardly get a ride without a really long wait.

God awful
they take forever to show up and a lot of the times they will just cancel your ride and switch it to another driver and the other driver might just switch you to another driver so they tell you they’re gonna be waiting maybe 10 to 20 minutes and then all of a sudden it takes an hour for you to get a ride

This app is so helpful but the people are not the drivers drive recklessly and will leave you if your are not out in one minute when it should be 5 and the next ride takes 25-40 minutes to come!? And what’s up with dispatch, they do nothing but answer calls and tell you basic app knowledge
might wanna change your mind in richmond moves
It takes to long to get rides to get to a place thats 10 minutes away, it takes 30 minutes somehow. my driver almost ran me over this morning, i was supposed to be at the place i was going at 8:05. its now going on 8:40 . richmond moves need nee drivers.
