Bug maybe
I be trying to like set it for 3 folk or 2 but it always goes back to ONE PASSENGER. Once
If you have time to kill, this service is OK
It takes a very long time for the driver to arrive and usually longer than the app states. If you have time to kill and have nothing else to do and just need a ride, this app may be OK. It would be better if it wasn’t free for high school students though because they abuse it so actual paying customers can hardly get a ride without a really long wait.

they take forever to show up and a lot of the times they will just cancel your ride and switch it to another driver and the other driver might just switch you to another driver so they tell you they’re gonna be waiting maybe 10 to 20 minutes and then all of a sudden it takes an hour for you to get a ride

This app is so helpful but the people are not the drivers drive recklessly and will leave you if your are not out in one minute when it should be 5 and the next ride takes 25-40 minutes to come!? And what’s up with dispatch, they do nothing but answer calls and tell you basic app knowledge
might wanna change your mind in richmond moves
It takes to long to get rides to get to a place thats 10 minutes away, it takes 30 minutes somehow. my driver almost ran me over this morning, i was supposed to be at the place i was going at 8:05. its now going on 8:40 . richmond moves need nee drivers.
they were at McDonalds and made me late!!
i was wondering why they were the same amount of time away from me for more than 5 minutes and then i go to check the location of the driver who is picking me up and they were at mc donald’s… i didnt believe they actually were at first but when i got in the car there was mc donald’s in the front seat. this happened to me 2 times after this and almost made me late 2/3 times. other times it’s good tho the only thing is the wait time but that is understandable considering it’s free for high school students and seniors

Great service! I wouldn’t be using it if I hadn’t been rear-ended while biking. The bike isn’t rideable and I have a separated shoulder but Richmond Moves is my silver lining!
Fix this app please!
This Richmond moves app is terrible everytime I try to use this app to get a ride it says it has a technical difficulty problem when I try to get a ride and I need to go home to get in the shower and sleep thank you and please fix this dam app.

New to the area and learned of Richmond Moves, a better alternative then catching the bus.

Complicated bookings
Richmond moves is a wonderful idea and fantastic program but there is a need improvement. The app itself and the workers on call are super confusing and/or frustrating. The calls are prolonged by readdressing information, spelling, etc... Of course it will take longer than the app but it shouldn’t take too long for something that takes one second. The annoying part is when they ask you whether you have the app or not which is unnecessarily, I wouldn’t be calling if the app is available.
Moving onto the app itself it’s direct and easier to work with rather than calling people. The catch is it’s not easy to keep up with. When you book a ride everything you need to know - drivers/ car info time and pickup. There has been numerous amounts of times that I booked a street(an exact corner) and the app picks a different location. What’s the point of filling out location if you’re going to use a different one. Last but not least the app can be laggy. I have to make sure I am refreshing the app every second in order to get an accurate time.
