Loading time
Every time I need to unlock my card or get into my app app takes forever to load or it just won’t work. This is an issue and it needs to be a priority that needs to be fixed ASAP
Business account
The new card lock/freeze is not available on the business debit card I’ve been told by bank. It CANNOT be for frozen when not in use.

Being with this bank is stressful and online always messing up just to much goin on. Don’t get it
Able to use the new app
I couldn’t get into my account until I downloaded the new update and then when I did the app is now a 16 or better and my phone only updates to 15. So now every time I want to see my account I have to go on the www, find City National Bank and open it up just like I had to do many years ago before we had apps. So now if I want an app on my phone I have to pay over $600 for a new phone. I don’t like that. Thank you

No new update
My husband app has been updated to do mobile deposit but mine hasn’t he opened his account after me. I’m not sure what going on.
I can’t sign up
Im a new user to city national bank and im trying to sign up but when i press “im a new user” it glitches and brings me to “forgot your password?” Does anyone know how to fix this?
Just the whole bank in general
They are not very educated on their jobs and messed up my mobile banking and my actual account got messed up

I’m able to login daily and can count on my information to be up to date and reliable.

The app is absolutely wonderful.
Constant login issues
You will randomly get logged out and locked out of the app. You can’t get thru to customer service either to get back into your account.

I have been a bank customer for many years and this app is great! It’s easy to use, has great features and makes my life easier when banking!

Slow pulling up accounts
The app is pretty slow when loading up the accounts compared to other banking apps. Wish the speed was a little better.
Trouble with app
It will not let me click I am a new user. It sends me right to the ID password change thing and I don’t have a username or password and it won’t let me create one
PLEASE UPDATE this app!!
Can’t login at all. It brings up a “network communication error” and won’t recover from it. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Still won’t work. Please update this app so I can use it again!
Mobile deposit
I have tried to use mobile deposit several times and it never works! Won’t read checks correctly. I don’t have this problem with FSFCU. Time to change.
