Still GARBAGE!!!

UPDATE -
Now it’s remembering a check that never got deposited from my failed attempt three days ago trying to make the deposit on the previous post below THAT NEVER WENT THROUGH!!!!!
When I logged in again the last time, I tried to go in and delete the deposit that wasn’t working, and it wasn’t there. I logged out, today I logged back in, it is showing there as a zero deposit. I deleted it. I started a new deposit thread, and after the first check in a batch, when I came to a particular check, it said that check has already been deposited, that I should retake the picture if I think it has not. Which I did, and it said the same thing over and over again. Then I logged out again, logged back in, deleted the deposit that was sitting as nothing, logged back out one more time, logged back in yet another time, try to redeposit this check, and it still gave me the same fRRcking stupid answer. This is really a POS. I really really hate this bank.
It is such garbage, such absolute garbage. It hardly has any options compared to other banks, I don’t know why they just don’t completely scrap this whole app that they’ve been toiling on for years that is still a piece of junk, and they don’t invest in something that actually works. Get with the program.

I will just keep posting and posting and posting horrible reviews every time you upgrade or update or supposedly make improvements that are so menial and tiny and worthless because this is just totally a waste of time.

Before RBC took it over and completely ruined it, this was a very good bank, solid, all their good people left.

PREVIOUS POST.
I just tried to deposit 11 checks using the mobile “app”, apprehension is more like it, and at some point, it just stopped queuing up the checks, and I had seven checks that were of the exact same amount, and only three of them showed up. so I had no idea which ones I had already photographed that were on the list. There were only three of the seven checks of the same amount. Do you think they would’ve thought of giving you a warning saying you maxed out the number of checks you can input at once? No, they would never think of anything like that.

So then I tried to delete the three that were in there of the same amount and it wouldn’t delete them. I would go into each check and try to delete it by clicking on and nothing happens, they still appeared there. Then I came out of the deposit altogether thinking that it would somehow be saved so I can continue and adjust the deposit, ha ha. dream on. I never cease to be floored as to how bad this app is. And how terrible this bank is.

Using this app is a worse experience than going to the dentist.

As if I have nothing better to do with my day. Whoever gives this app five stars must be paid to do it.

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE

Once again CNB delivers a pos that doesn’t work. I just inputted a deposit with a few checks and it kept saying… never mind it’s just garbage. I’m wasting my time. rehashing my complaints over years. Yes years. If I could switch banks, I would right away.

I’m amazed it has a 3.3 rating

Useless

I’m actually considering moving my business and personal accounts away from CNB. They are a fantastic bank but they don’t have branches and 75% of the time; the app gives error messages even though I can sign in online on the same phone. It’s that bad.

this app is horrible

such a horrible banking app. imagine not being able to access any of your money because of a goddamn app. this is what that is

WORST BANKING APL EVER

NEVER WORKS constantly crashing. I avoid doing any business banking because it is so frustrating and vertically useless. So stressful I want to change banks
