ABSOLUTE GARBAGE
Once again CNB delivers a pos that doesn’t work. I just inputted a deposit with a few checks and it kept saying… never mind it’s just garbage. I’m wasting my time. rehashing my complaints over years. Yes years. If I could switch banks, I would right away.

I’m actually considering moving my business and personal accounts away from CNB. They are a fantastic bank but they don’t have branches and 75% of the time; the app gives error messages even though I can sign in online on the same phone. It’s that bad.

Non functional
App quits immediately upon opening despite being in the latest version. Tried deleting and redownloading but no dice. Better off going with a larger bank that has a functional app.

I haven’t been able to access this app in more than 3 months. And the times that I could access it and was able to try to do things it was impossible and it took me over an hour to try to deposit two checks that never happened. I ended up going to the branch.
“Royal” Back of Canada, it’s time to blow up the whole online and mobile app systems and hire a competent development company which actually develops software, and rewrite everything and start with brand new platforms. Not a competitive bank whatsoever.
The only thing you have going for you is that people don’t jump on changing banks. It takes them a while. So I’m stuck with you until I can convince the account holders to switch banks.

Check deposit w photo buggy
Fix the check deposit function again. It’s broke again. App shuts down when taking a pic of a check to deposit. This has happened many times. Waiting for the update…

Whatever you did didnt work. Impossible to use.

Mobile Check Deposit Crashes App
Every time I go to deposit a check the app crash when the camera launches. I’ve attempted this on 2 different devices numerous times with the same results. Please fix this!

Great bank, horrible app
I've done my biz banking here for a long time and I can't believe how horrible this app is and how it hasn't really improved at all in years. I love the in-person connection with the bankers but I really wish they'd step it up and get with the times. This app feels like time travel to the early 2000s.
