Why can’t we use the online app to pay are bill. It’s been down for awhile instead of having to call in and not get an answer from customer service to pay are bill. Will this issue be resolved soon?

I didn’t want to rate you guys at all but I didn’t have a choice. Why do you have an app that no longer works? Seems like no one cares to fix it, I pay online because it’s easier for me.
