Why can’t we use the online app to pay are bill. It’s been down for awhile instead of having to call in and not get an answer from customer service to pay are bill. Will this issue be resolved soon?

I didn’t want to rate you guys at all but I didn’t have a choice. Why do you have an app that no longer works? Seems like no one cares to fix it, I pay online because it’s easier for me. Are y’all going to fix it at anytime? Or we just gotta keep typing in the name on google and search and open from there.

iPhone 15ProMax Titanium - 10-26-23
This app crashes immediately after I open it and this morning is the very first morning I have ever used an iPhone. I never had one single issue with this app when I used my Samsung Galaxy Note 8. How long until this bug is fixed? Seriously.

Try to open and it immediately crashes. Deleted and reinstalled problem persists

The app was useful when I first downloaded. But now it keeps crashing. As soon as a pull it up it closes out. I have deleted and reinstalled 4 times now.
