I love this team!
I really love Dr.Ivory team! She listens, she doesn’t rush through appointments and she breaks everything down to your understanding. She really focus on her patients and fights with them to be cancer free. It’s never hard to get through anyone, Lakeisha answers all your questions promptly!
Scheduling
The Scheduling application is terrible you only allow a person to see the next seven days but if you arrive at the hospital for all your appointments on the current day you can see no appointments so you have nothing to look at to validate the location of the services the building names or anything like that
I don't know who thinks that a person arriving at the hospital automatically knows where to go when they have six appointments in a day but you guys could do a lot better

Long Wait for Blood Draw
I arrived on time for my blood draw before my doctor’s appointment. Unfortunately, I had to wait for a very long time and wasn’t called until after 2:00 PM, even though my appointment with my doctor was at 2:25 PM. I also noticed that my position in the queue seemed to change unexpectedly, which was confusing. The staff were polite, but I hope the lab can improve the scheduling and waiting process so patients can see their doctors on time.
