I absolutely love everything about the City Of Hope. The facilities are clean and beautiful, the staff is amazing. The ability to. make appointments and visit multiple doctors in a single day makes this journey so much easier. When I hear about the hassles, my friends and family have to go through for their Medical treatments, I am reminded of how great City Of Hope is.

Not your average Cancer Center
This place is simply phenomenal!! The doctors and the staff are all truly amazing and care about each person. From the valet, to the president, everyone is incredible.

I really love Dr.Ivory team! She listens, she doesn’t rush through appointments and she breaks everything down to your understanding. She really focus on her patients and fights with them to be cancer free. It’s never hard to get through anyone, Lakeisha answers all your questions promptly!
Scheduling
The Scheduling application is terrible you only allow a person to see the next seven days but if you arrive at the hospital for all your appointments on the current day you can see no appointments so you have nothing to look at to validate the location of the services the building names or anything like that
I don't know who thinks that a person arriving at the hospital automatically knows where to go when they have six appointments in a day but you guys could do a lot better

Long Wait for Blood Draw
I arrived on time for my blood draw before my doctor’s appointment. Unfortunately, I had to wait for a very long time and wasn’t called until after 2:00 PM, even though my appointment with my doctor was at 2:25 PM. I also noticed that my position in the queue seemed to change unexpectedly, which was confusing. The staff were polite, but I hope the lab can improve the scheduling and waiting process so patients can see their doctors on time.

I’m amazed that every time I walk through the doors of City of Hope that I’m encouraged by caring doctors.Nurses and staff. My doctor keeps my treatment and reactions in mind every week. The nurses are friendly and keep me positive and supported. All my tests are under one roof so they all work together. I recommend if you’re needing treatments for Cancer, don’t be afraid to get a second opinion at City of Hope. You’ll be glad you did.

I Appreciate City of Hope Care
I have been attending the City Of Hope for about 10 months now, all through in-person visits. I’ve been to two of the City Of Hope facilities, and visited about 20 times, more or less. Every single time I’ve been very impressed with the service that I’ve received from the various providers I’ve visited. The doctors are professional and engaged, and they are very knowledgeable about my conditions that I’m visiting the City Of Hope for. All of the RNs and other nurses, and the clerical staff, are so professional that I am impressed every time I visit. I’m convinced that the City Of Hope is the most professional and engaging medical organization provider that I have ever dealt with.

Please Fix FACE ID login
everytime i login i use Face ID to quickly login. you guys currently have a bug where Face ID runs twice before actually logging in. Please fix it so it works properly and only needs one scan to log us in.

One of the friendliest and most professional clinics I have visited. Knowledgeable staff, lots of genuine, smiles, and professionalism. Dr Flaherty is like a breath of spring air in her caring and friendly approach to problems. Extremely knowledgeable and very kind.
