The doctor was great!! Very helpful. Answered all my questions. Orders medication for my problem.

Totally disappointed

Based on what the doctor said, looks like the doctors face some limitations and policy restrictions for the web visit. He said he can't order any blood test or mucus cuture or chest X-Ray because of the policy despite my insisting and emphasizing on the serious chance of bacterial infection. Waste of time and money.
