I’ve been trying to enter my information to book an appointment, but the app keeps looping me back to “Find a nearby location,” and then it eventually shows a blank page. I guess I’ll have to call instead. Unfortunately, the app isn’t very functional or user friendly.

Chat support is not patient care

Chat support is not good patient care. I’ve tried chatting a few times but other than a few simple questions it’s no replacement for personal care. I chatted with a Missy and waited very long for responses that weren’t answers to my requests. No help at all
