Please note, in order to use this app, ALL of the following criteria MUST apply: • You are living in Reno, or Washoe County. • You are uncertain of where you are going to sleep at night, or are unhoused. • You are actively working with a street outreach team in the City of Reno. • You have biometrics already set up on your device (FaceID or TouchID). With DROPS-C, you can connect with your outreach worker to ask questions, confirm appointments, and receive the support and care you deserve in a secure app that prevents anyone from being able to access that information other than you, with safety measures in place.
