I tried to report a hazard and a Playground, but the report function doesn’t let you select a spot on the map to report where the issue is

Not able to report

I’ve used the app before to report graffiti and it was removed swiftly. I haven’t used it in awhile and I’ve tried all week to report multiple graffiti issues. The app says no issues are available in my location. Online isn’t much better.
