Could be so much better - but so buggy!

This app could be so useful but it never refreshes for me! It varies between showing completely out of date borrowings or nothing at all, I love the fact that I can add all my families to this app, but get so frustrated that it never refreshes properly!
The search function is also completely useless!
Please fix this Ryde Council!!

iPhone app Functionality as good as web version

Been using this the past week. Everything appears too work. Same functionality as web version. App version more convenient than firing up the pc.

No doubt it could be better with user feedback but well done for getting this done.

Clunky, doesn’t refresh

Great idea, but poor execution. Doesn’t update - still shows books returned months ago, no way of refreshing other than deleting and reinstalllibg.
