Error
Can't login even if it's the right password, username etc. Website works but not the app. If u want to expand this community and make people actually use the library properly, fix ur app first. Disappointing.

system still has errors, the loan history is not showing on the app

Stopped working
Since the last update last month, the app has stopped working. I tried to contact the library but got a message indicating the system is overwhelmed with request. Can’t also access audiobooks through Libby or borrow box apps.
Checked the council website to see if there’s any notice. But there was nothing. Tried calling but have been placed on hold for a long time then the line just cut off.

App should be registered for 12+ age group
It’s silly for this app to be for 17+ and above. Children use this app to get their books / check their loans etc
Can the app developer re register it for children? My screen time content restrictions won’t allow this app to work on my children’s devices
Other than that, it works as it was designed and we have no problems with it
