Can’t log in
Won’t let me use the sesrch function without logging in, but when I click “login with Sydney account” it just brings up an error page that says there was an error processing the request. Have tried a few times over past week and still the same

Buggy
The app is great when it works but will randomly log me out and then state it does not recognise my credentials. I try the next day and they work, only to go through the same process a week later. Gets very frustrating when I have to effectively reset my online account every week or accept that I am unable to access my account until the system ‘resets’ and recognises the credentials again.

Fantastic for borrowing books
Helps a ton with checking out (physical) books from a library. It’s great for searching catalogs, placing reservations is a breeze too!

Not good enough
The MobileApp does not allow us to check the expiry date of the reservation. After all, there is no advantage in installing the app as we have to log in to the website to check.
On the contrary, the App has the disadvantage that it needs to be updated regularly.
There is no point in installing the app if there is no benefit beyond this disadvantage.
The App needs to be improved as soon as possible.
