Lock me on the first try.. I probably wrote some answer wrong n now I’m lock up….

So…it’s been a couple of months and they haven’t fixed the login issue. What’s the point of the app when it doesn’t work?

I just got a warning “this app has been framed,” and after researching, it looks like that means it isn’t safe to use because it could lead me somewhere else if I input my information. I deleted it. Seems like the last update was literally years ago so it’s not safe.
Works great
People complaining about account with 11 digits are using wrong app. That’s a County account number, not a city
Useless - App is glitchy
Tried to create an account. I followed all the guidelines for creating a password, but it keeps telling me I’m missing a special character even though I included one. I can’t even create a login to use the app, so I’d say it’s pretty useless.
Cant enter full Account number to sign up
You can inly enter 10 digit account numbers, but mine has eleven, so I cant even sign up/sign in. Very inconvenient and renders app useless.
Over a year of my last review, and still no changes
I reviewed this app over a year ago hoping that the developers would add some useful features to make app work better. SPOILER ALERT, they haven’t. This app is useful to see and pay my utility bills, but that’s about it. First inconvenience while using this app is having to type password every time you log in. This is the only app on my phone that doesn’t support Face ID, or Apple Pay. Application also looks very outdated, and needs an update fast. I really hope developers can work on fixing this app.
