Great app

This app has made my interactions with City Hall infinitely better. I’m able to report issues like Graffiti and homelessness nuisances with ease and am updated through the life of the issue. Kudos to the team who put this together!

Good app, but issue with viewing images on iPhone 11 screen

When you select an image from a request to view it full screen, the “X” button in the top left is partially cut off the screen, making the button not work at all to exit full screen mode and thus you are trapped! The only way to go back is to close out the app and restart. This appears to happen on iPhone 11s with the bigger screens.
