I have already account. I forgot my password. So, I have successfully changed my password. But can’t sign in after changed password. Show Error message “Invalid credentials”. I hope this issue can be fixed as soon as possible.

City Rewards 2.0 is a mobile application designed to manage your loyalty points and rewards from City Mart Supermarkets and other participating retail outlets. It allows you to collect points on purchases, view available rewards, and utilize them for discounts on future transactions.

How do I earn and redeem points?

You can earn points by presenting your City Rewards physical card or the app when making a purchase at participating stores. Points accumulated can be used to offset your next purchase as a cash equivalent. You will need to present your card or app to redeem points.

Is City Rewards 2.0 free to use?

If you forget your physical card or phone, you can still earn points or enjoy member promotions and discounts by providing your mobile phone number, NRC number (for Myanmar citizens), or Passport number (for other nationals). However, you will not be able to redeem points without presenting your physical card or app.
