Sign In issue
I have already account. I forgot my password. So, I have successfully changed my password. But can’t sign in after changed password. Show Error message “Invalid credentials”. I hope this issue can be fixed as soon as possible.
Bug or connection problem
Stuck on loading screen which maybe caused by internet blocking in Myanmar. Error happens on both fiber and SIM data (MPT isp)

App crashes when uploading ID pic
The app crashes everytime when you are trying to take photo or choose from library for ID proof. The problem persist after reinstalling several times as well.

App instantly crashed when try to take pictures or select pictures from files for NRC pictures on registration page. That is horrible experience for new register user

When i went to take the photo of my NRC , it signs out automatically . I tried 5 times . Same errors again Can’t even make register Sighhh
Real user experience
When I upload my ID Photo, this app exit and run in begin. This makes me upset and I uninstall silently.
