Worst app ever
Wouldn’t even let me register to use the app. Im just stuck on the login screen and can’t talk face to face with my inmate.

It’s just worse than it is used to be. They can see and hear me but we can’t see or hear him. It’s just awful.

That’s about all I can say is it works. The customer service 3/4 of the time is horrible, they hang up on you after waiting over 15 minutes trying to talk to someone. I thought the other reviews were fake but after 5 months of doing business with them, they are very accurate. Very few times I got someone nice, other times you actually get someone on the phone they speak to you like you interrupted their nap time. This is straight up a rogue company that has you by the nuts because it’s literally the only one jails use because they get kickback incentives and seems to be some sort of legalized monopoly because they basically tell you in their TOS they are going to turn you upside down and shake out your wallet for everything you got the most legal way possible and you don’t have a choice when you have a loved one in jail.

Robbery
You can’t add money from the app. You also had to add money to separate accounts for different things so really kinda a lot going on people have to do. And most importantly it’s ROBBERY.just to talk to your family they charge you so much money.all kind of fees,taxes etc. you add $25 you get like $13. That’s straight up theft. When you can literally make a phone call for free with a service & these people are charging $6 give or take per person per each addition of money onto your account.add all that up.just from one “customer”you’re taking advantage of somebody else’s struggle & need to communicate with their families. You know people will pay it because they have to communicate with family. You can still profit and not straight rob the vulnerable people out here just trying to talk to their family.I WAS SO HAPPY to hear they were switching companies. It’s cheaper now. THANK GOD. So being greedy doesn’t always work out in your favor. It’s half the price yall were charging. That’s a win for us & a L for yall. So I’m sure yall felt a bit disappointed about this decision. Now you know how everybody else out here feels being robbed to talk on a free service per minute.

the service fees are insane for no good reason? everything is online so what is the point of those fees its outrageous, i was using jailatm before my relative got transferred to another facility that uses this sh…t of an app, the jailatm had to tax charges and worked super simple and efficiently, waste of app truly

Just simply trying to reach my father not sure why I pay all this money to get disconnected as soon as the call start it truly buts me in a world of hurt I’ve tried and tried and tried to reach out to him but no matter how much I pay this app or whatever seems to mess it up so thanks so much for that I pray I’ll be able to talk to him soon😞

As useless as a home line these day’s
Call’s don’t work half the time. One minute you’re being called. The next it is unknown and already in the voicemail. So you miss your call’s. Outrageous fee’s that take majority of your money. Face call’s have to work on legit Wi-Fi or you’re only getting 3 minutes worth. Only 1 free call which is ridiculous when families can’t afford this 1990’s early 2000’s based app. It’s still in its dial up year’s.

Frustrated of lags
I love having a way to talk to my partner but I have notice lately my account is getting charge without even talking to him and even getting charge for the call hanging up without him being on the video yet, .50 but it adds up ! The amount of time that one of us would answer and there’s no sound or it’s a terrible time delay is very uncalled for. City Tele Coin even runs our in-person visitation, through a tablet on the wall ofc, but it’s also just as worse as it is at home on the phone. Lags, blurry, etc.

Hate it !!!
I hate this app because for one you can’t even make payment on the app you have to login online just to do it, and for two it’s too expensive!!! It doesn’t make sense for this to be this expensive and have useless fees taking off most of your money just to talk or text your love ones. If you are able to use another app do it if you can’t I’m sorry to hear that. Honestly wish I could give it 0 star to rate it.

I couldn’t even sign up to use this app. All I wanted to do was give a phone card to someone.
Horrible service
This service costs ALOT of money just for the quality of video calls and even the regular phone calls to be horrible. Regular calls, you hear yourself echo like it’s on speaker phone and video calls are always lagging and freezing up. In order for a video calls to work and last the 15 minutes, you have to be connected to a really good wifi signal and you can have 5G and it still doesn’t work. The only good thing about this service is the 50 cent text messages and the length can be long if needed and no extra charge but now in order for an inmate to text someone on the outside, they have to use their media time regardless of the person on the outside having money on their CTC account.

Expensive And Janky
Never once has my loved one received any photos that attached to messages not to mention it’s extremely slow for him to receive them and hard to navigate through the entire website. A video call has never been successful unless I answer the landline phone call from him first unless he calls my phone and prepares me to log into the app to receive the video call but that entails accepting the outrageous five dollar and up charge of a regular phone call and then the outrageous amount for the video call but never have I been successful with an outgoing video call it is weird to navigate through & hard to check your balance and the service charge is just outrageous.!!

Reseting password
When I type in my phone number it doesn’t let me reset my password. And it is making me mad that I can’t reset my password. If someone could help me I would appreciate it.
