😭Today I started trying to book at 4 PM, finally got a ride at 6 PM, and the pickup is at 7 PM.
😭That’s 3 hours of standing outside in this extreme summer heat.
😭Do you expect people to wait this long every single day?
😭And this is happening every day now — I’ve been suffering for a whole week, wasting 4 to 5 hours daily just to get one ride.
😭It’s mentally and physically exhausting.
😭To make things worse, for a morning trip to Al Barsha by 9:30 AM, Citylink expects me to book at 5:00 AM.

😭We had a very frustrating experience with Citylink Dubai.
😭Every time we tried to book a ride, the slots were always fully booked, making it almost impossible to avail the service we paid for.
😭We had already purchased a package in advance, hoping for a smooth experience, but ended up being disappointed.
😭We eventually requested a refund since we couldn’t make use of the service, but sadly, no one responded.
😭It’s extremely unprofessional and unfair to leave paying customers hanging with zero updates.

😭I booked a cab through City Link today at 12:30 PM, and shockingly, the cab only arrived at 1:55 PM.
😭That’s nearly an hour and a half delay with absolutely no proper updates or communication.
😭To make matters worse, the driver was extremely rude, showing no sense of responsibility or apology for the delay.
😭I tried reaching out to their customer care via WhatsApp – no response.
😭I even called them multiple times, but again, no answer.
😭This kind of service is completely unreliable.
😭If you’re looking for a dependable ride, I strongly suggest avoiding City Link.

😭I had high hopes when I subscribed to Citylink Shuttle Service for a month for my family, but it has been a frustrating and disappointing experience throughout.
😭Booking a ride is a nightmare — the app/system often doesn’t work properly and we’ve consistently had to wait over 2 hours just to secure a booking.
😭Once booked, the ride itself takes excessively long — more than 1.5 hours to reach even nearby destinations due to inefficient routing.
😭Drivers seem uncooperative and consistently choose traffic-heavy roads instead of faster alternatives, with no regard for passenger time.
😭Customer service is just as poor — they rarely respond to queries or concerns, and it feels like there’s no accountability at any level.
😭I honestly feel fooled into buying a one-month subscription, and I regret trusting this service for my family’s daily commute.
😭Citylink seriously needs to improve its booking system, train its drivers on efficient routes, and most importantly, provide reliable customer support.

Late Pick ups

Price is cheap , i booked i taxi around 5.30 pm , they picked up me around 7.30 pm they are not showing tracking correctly and late updates didnt provise propely. I was waiting too much time its very delay cant use for urgent matters as reasonable taxi service . Very bad customer service.
