It always show the cab is available and when you refill your wallet and try to book the cab it tells you its fully booked

Late Pick ups
Price is cheap , i booked i taxi around 5.30 pm , they picked up me around 7.30 pm they are not showing tracking correctly and late updates didnt provise propely. I was waiting too much time its very delay cant use for urgent matters as reasonable taxi service . Very bad customer service.

I take the subscription plan for one week it’s also waste of money they never never came on time and evening times it’s showing fulled booked never book pay for this

The app shows will reach in 1 min for someone who is far and keep delaying after your booking.

Don't bother with their subscription. After signing up, you'll realize the cabs are always 'fully booked.' It’s a complete scam. Even if you somehow get a ride, expect at least a 2-hour wait. And the customer service? Absolutely useless. They're just stringing people along."

Good Service but need some more simple options
I personally love the concept and very useful but i would recommend to add an option that the passenger can also see the real route which driver will follow as i can see now it is only showing a direct line and if passenger wants to see the route should only experience it while driving.

Worst service
This is the worst service I have ever seen 2-3hrs we have to sit and search for bus even though we don’t find the bus always showing full full asking us to take weekly package and monthly package but no use they just take our money no service or no refund

App does not reflect real time traffic and update. Purchased the 1 week subscription package, and until now my wife was not able to ride any bus due to being overbooked or due to 1 hour delay . Even during heavy traffic , the app does not update its customers that the bus is delayed, instead it share misinformation such as will arrive in 5 mins.

Suggestion to add widget
Such an amazing app. I’ve been using it for a couple of weeks to come back home from uni and have had no complaints at all. I do suggest adding a widget to track how far the driver is to my location as an iOS user. It’s my favorite feature in apps like Careem where I can track how long my driver will take to reach my location even when I’m not on the app.

BEWARE, THIS APP IS A SCAM
I thought of giving them a try and bought a subscription. Could never book a ride as every time there is an error or the service is full. When asked for a refund, the customer service shamelessly says, refunds are not applicable under these circumstances. City Link is an utter scam. I have lodged a complaint with the consumer court.

Extremely useless app, I tried booking a ride it showed available in 5 mins, then it tells you to add the credit card details and pay to the wallet in advance. By the time I did all that the ride was full and I never got to use that wallet money. Now I tried using it at a later time and this I got the booking but the data and time is not at all real time I had to wait for an additional 10 to 15 mins in the heat. If I could give a negative rating to this app I would.

The driver is respectful and the way he drives is smooth, no sudden breaks or sudden turns (Driver Name: Iskandar). The App is easy to use and the timing of pick-up is accurate.

Nil service regarding timings
They will never be on time if you book even 2 hours before will still come 30 mins later don’t buy the monthly subscription I bought and I’m disappointed
