Such a helpful App
Was introduced to Citymapper last October - since then it’s been a game changer - just slightly heavy on battery usage so advise closing App when you know your route.

Used to be amazing..
What happened? You had a great app, then you locked everything behind paywalls. Suggesting routes that are slower than local knowledge. Ghost buses and plain incorrect timings. I’m going to opt with Transit from now on..

Quit prompting me for reviews
I actually like and use the app but recently I get a review prompt every time I open it! This is extremely annoying and destroys user experience!

I’ve never been lost in London, such a great and useful app
Great idea, confusing execution
Some parts are great. Once I went to the station I wanted, CM could tell me where I was on the route. I couldn’t find a way to choose which station to depart from while planning. Then I couldn’t get the app to present me with an Uber option for the next leg. It is possible that there are directions buried, but it was not ‘intuitive’ at least for me (tech savvy, but boomer). I was experimenting for future trips and not happy with results.
