Good and helful
Very helful for mixed transit options but often incorrect or unreliable for arrival times and ETA’s

Conheci o app em 2016 e desde então, usava sempre. Nessa última atualizaçã, o aplicativo só oferece trajeto de ônibus, mesmo quando metrô ou trem é a melhor opção. Uma pena…
Fantastic app!
I downloaded this app to use for my trip to Paris. It was the best app, and I used it every day all day long! I am the type of person that has no sense of direction so it literally saved me all day! I loved how it showed which public transportation lines to use and gave you exact directions to get to them, navigating inside the stations, and even once you got out of the station. It was definitely made for the lost people like me! 🤣And even the few times that I did get lost, it would easily reroute me and I could find my way back. The only issue was with walking around and having spotty Wi-Fi. So I did just restart my phone quite a few times a day, and then it would be fresh and ready to go. But it was still definitely worth it and I will definitely use this app again!

Travel information
Great app but the travel information in Lille never gets updated after there’s a fault in the metro which leads to longer routes for no reason.

The BEST mapper for cities
Used Citymapper for the best part of a decade. An excellent tool that always gets me to my destination. And always on time with its planning tools.
Just updating my review. Still the best. Hard to fault.
Just updating my review. Still the best. Hard to fault.
So good an app except for the glitches
The app doesn’t track your trips properly. Once you’re in a train, it assumes that you’ve missed it and keeps tracking you as if you’re in the next train. Very difficult or actually impossible to get the app to recognise that you’re on the first trip.
Citymapper is Great!
I’m saving a lot of time with this app! I love it!! Thanks to my son”s friend Tom, who recommended it!!
Not so good
…relative to other options. Used to be the clear leader. Less so now.
Recomendo !
Funciona , prático e facil ! Adoro !
Bus Schedule
The app is a very helpful resource, however, on several occasions, when planning my journeys the night before, the schedule for my bus is not shown
