Totally unreliable
Useless would be too kind of a term for this app. It’s the most unreliable app out there. Has absolutely no idea about London bus or train times at the very least. Tells me buses aren’t coming when I’ve seen them fly past during a long walk, tells me buses are 2 mins away when they’re actually about 20… has told me my trains have been cancelled so I’ve gone other longer routes only to find out later that my train did run and on time. Stay so far clear of this app as you can.

Best mapping app I know
This app is probably the best mapping app I know. It’s detailed, it has many route options, its routes are up to date, and it tells you detailed information about those routes.
There are 2 improvements I would like to see for this app however. Both of these are only really applicable to usage of public transport (especially trains and buses).
1. I would like to know how much each route would cost. This shows routes you can afford, this would also mean that the user would need to input how much money is in their bank account.
2. Some routes that say “walk for __ minutes”are possible if you run but not if you walk. So I would like you to include a range times you are likely to get to your destination based on whether you are running, jogging or walking.

Amazing
This app is so wonderful and helpful i couldn’t stress it enough. It even clocks that I’m on the trip without me having to notify the app that’s so good i love it
